Beta Systems Africa Limited. These are leading payment automation
solution and services providers in Nigeria today. He is also
a fellow of several professional bodies and Chairman/Director
of several organizations. |
Mr.
Olisakwe Adolphus Okudoh,
Director.
He is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Memorex
Limited, an international conference, presentation, communication
and technology company based in Ikoyi, Lagos. A graduate of
Agricultural Economics from Rivers State University of Science
and Technology, he has attended numerous courses, trade fairs
and exhibitions in Nigeria, Europe, USA and Canada.

Mrs. Oluwafolakemi Adesina,
Director.
A B.Sc. in Microbiology (Ife) and PGD in Education (UNILAG)
graduate, Mrs Oluwafolakemi Adesina is an experienced teacher,
WAEC examiner and an Administrator. She was the pioneer MD/CEO
of Tripplea Foods Nigeria Limited. |
Mr. Moses Adesokan,
Director.
A director in several companies, Mr. Adesokan graduated from the Yaba College of Technology in 1983, qualified as a Chartered Account in 1987 and became a fellow of ICAN in 2000. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, CITN. He was with SCOA for 8 years and left in 1992 as Controller of Banking Operations; became Finance Controller of VT Leasing between 1992 and 1993 and Executive Director of Road Truckers between 1995 and 2001. He joined Precon Group as pioneer General Manager in 2004 and was appointed Finance Director of Kuramo Group of Companies in July 2005. He is hapilly married with children. |
Akin Olumuyiwa,
B.Sc., CCNA is the Chief Operations Officer,
responsible for operations and our technology business. He has
over 11 years banking experience with Universal Trust Bank Plc
and 5 years engineering and consultancy experience with Chams
Nigeria Limited. |
Mr. Abiodun Adesina,
CEO.
Has over 18 years of post-graduation experience
in various areas of consulting, banking and business management.
He has an MSc in Computer Science and MBA in General Management.
He has attended several courses locally and overseas and he
is widely travelled. |
